Abstract
Given sets of occupational alternatives and considerations, a career grid is a decisional balance sheet that indicates the way each occupation is judged on each consideration. This article illustrates seven different measures of the ways people structure a career decision, which can be used to correct faulty decision schemes and to investigate career decision making. Keywords
