Abstract
In order to extend wavelength region to 25 microns a Perkin-Elmer Infracord has been adapted for use with a KBr prism. Design of the instrument and its performance characteristics will be described Experiments have been performed to illustrate several classes of chemical problems for which the 12 5 to 25 micron region of the spectrum is particularly useful in solving Typical spectra are shown.Keywords
