Oral Challenge: Aspirin, NSAID, Tartrazine and Sulfites

Abstract
This article presents: 1) the experience at Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation with oral challenges to aspirin, NSAIDs, tartrazine and potassium metabisulfite: 2) the treatment of such reactions: 3) potential pitfalls, especially, the occurrence of false positive challenges; and 4) schedules for one and three day aspirin challenges and metabisulfite challenges.
