Abstract
SINCE Baggenstoss and Rosenberg1 reported lesions in the myocardium of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis similar in structure to subcutaneous nodules, a number of pathological reports of granulomatous heart involvement in this disease have been published.2 3 4 5 Because of the nature of these granulomas, interference with conduction is to be expected.
