Abstract
A isomer in has been observed using techniques of in-beam -ray spectroscopy and the reaction. The decay scheme firmly establishes the yrast levels: [ (keV)] , 1484.02; , 2054.57; , 2394.18; , 2551.56; and , 3290.7. A candidate for a state in with the configuration () is identified.
