Abstract
Angiography is the only definitive preoperative means of investigating sources of intracranial hemorrhage. To evaluate the intracranial circulation, the entire vasculature supplying the brain should be visualized except when this is impossible because of the patient''s condition. Serialographic studies with technically good films and adequate projections are necessary to study associated changes such as vascular spasm, variations in local and general circulation, edema, intracerebral clots, and aneurysmal irregularities. These changes assist in determining which of the multiple aneurysms may have been the source of the bleeding. Keywords
