Abstract
Recurrence of renal carcinoma 20 yr after primary resection is uncommon. A patient is reported in whom 2 pulmonary metastases developed 24 yr following nephrectomy for renal carcinoma. After a left lower lobectomy and a right pulmonary wedge resection were performed, he survived an additional 2 yr before dying from metastatic disease. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
