Abstract
The use of adjunctive hyperbaric oxygen therapy as part of a comprehensive program of burn care at our institution has resulted in a statistically significant reduction in length of hospital stay (p = less than 0.012) with no increase in cost of hospital care in patients suffering burns over 18% to 39% of total body surface area. Keywords
