Abstract
Four patients in different states of consciousness in treatment with Sengstaken-Blakemore tube were given a Ba meal. In every case the contrast medium passed the balloons and was cleared from the upper esophagus in less than 4 min and none of it was aspirated to the bronchi.This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
