Abstract
Membranous glomerulonephritis is not usually considered to be responsive to steroid or cytotoxic therapy. This report describes a patient with advanced renal failure who responded to treatment with prednisolone and azathioprine, initially given as immunosuppression for a renal graft which did not function. Keywords
