Abstract
Two new species, Acanthobothrium floridensis and A. fogeli are described from Raja eglanteria Bosc and Gymnura micrura (Bloch and Schneider), respectively, from the Gulf of Mexico. A. paufum Linton, 1890, is considered a nomen dubium. A. brevissime Linton, 1908, and A. woodsholei Baer, 1948, are considered valid species and are redescribed. Keywords
