Abstract
The binding or completing of atrazine by one fraction of humic acids from peat has been studied by the gel chromatography technique in. an acid environment. The amounts of atrazine bound to humic acids were considerably affected by pH value. The quantity of herbicide bound by humic acids decreased as pH value increased (within the range of pH value 2.6–6.1). The relationship between quantity bound and pH value were non‐linear. Keywords
