Abstract

Eremoacetal, a sesquiterpene acetal isolated from Eremophila rotundifolia, has been shown to be (+)-(1R,3S,5R)-1-(furan-3'-yl)-5-methyl-3-(2'-methylprop-1'-enyl)-2,8-dioxabicyclo[3,2,1]octane (1).
