Abstract
Mature bone and teeth can be decalcified by the use of a 10% Versene (EDTA) solution (pH 7.0) with preservation of sufficient activity of diaphorases and dehydrogenases to allow excellent histochemical localization.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
