Abstract
Six factors were identified to account for performance on the thirty performance tests. Originally, nine factors were hypothesized, and the possibility of still additional factors was allowed. This finding is important in its own right since it provides for a simpler way of describing performance in these areas of physical proficiency: Explosive Strength, Extent Flexibility, Dynamic Flexibility, Gross Body Equilibrium, Balance-Visual Cues, and Speed of Limb Movement. Keywords
