Photon-correlation spectroscopy in the near ultraviolet

Abstract
We describe the first reported photon-correlation spectroscopy experiments in the ultraviolet (363.8 nm) and briefly discuss the use of this technique to study the short-wavelength relaxation of the internal modes of large, flexible macromolecules, in particular, DNA.Keywords
