Abstract
The authors report a case of a symptomatic choroid plexus cyst located in the right lateral ventricle of a 64-year-old man who presented with focal epilepsy. The cyst was diagnosed by computerized tomography, and was proven pathologically at surgery. Total removal was accomplished, with subsequent disappearance of the seizures. A brief review of the literature is included. Keywords
