Abstract
Medical care in developing countries may be improved by various means. Advances in the medical education and training of specialists play an important role in improving health care systems. The results of the efforts of a neurosurgeon from North America who helped establish neurosurgical training in Taiwan are reported after a follow-up period of 20 years.Keywords
