Abstract
We admire the bravery involved in constructing Cohen and Scott's computer model for fractionated radiotherapy, but his case for taking it seriously cannot be considered established at present. In his letter Cohen (1970) asserts that it “gives a sharper insight” into problems of fractionation sequence than the impirical iso-effect curves or dose-time adjustments.
