Abstract
Cervical spondylolisthesis is a rare, unusual finding in patients with neck pain. Cervical pain without neurological deficit is most often seen with this abnormality. It usually involves a defect in the pedicle of the sixth cervical vertebra. Anterior interbody cervical fusion is recommended as the treatment of choice. Keywords
