Intestinal Pseudo-obstruction with Steatorrhoea

Abstract
A hitherto undescribed syndrome is recorded. Its features are gross overactivity of the small intestine with episodes of obstruction, but without any mechanical factor being found, and steatorrhoea. In one patient the inner circular coat showed gross hypertrophy.Keywords
