Inhibition of Ovarian Growth by Tepa in Dysdercus cingulatus12

Abstract
Injection of 10 µg of tepa into female Dysdercus cingulatus F. induced gradual degeneration of oöcytes visible at 2-1 hours posttreatment. Degeneration of ovaries was complete in 21 days, and no chorion was secreted throughout the life of treated females. Histopathological changes in the ovaries were dependent Oil the dose of tepa.
