Abstract
Close agreement between calculated and observed values indicates there ia no selective action in the fixation of N15 and N14 atoms and no exchange reaction between molecular N and fixed N in a culture of Azotobacter vinelandii. The use of N15 as a tracer for studies of biological N fixation appears possible. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
