Abstract
Forty-eight new mutations at the am locus of N. crassa are described. Nineteen mutations were induced by UV; of these, 8 were missense, 2 were frameshifts, 2 were nonsense, 3 were deletions and 4 were unidentified. Twenty-nine mutations were induced with nitrous acid; of these, 21 were missense, 3 were frameshifts, one was nonsense, 2 were deletions and one was genetically unstable. This publication has 10 references indexed in Scilit:
