Abstract
Diagnostic laparoscopy provided a minimally invasive and definitive means of diagnosing right-sided diaphragmatic rupture in this patient. The authors recommend laparoscopy as a diagnostic consideration for the patient with suspected traumatic diaphragmatic rupture who presents a difficult diagnostic challenge.Keywords
