Abstract
A number of carbamate pesticides have been studied using HPLC with microparticulate packings. Conditions have been determined for the separation of some 30 compounds using both normal and reverse-phase modes. In addition, the UV characteristics of the carbamates were determined with particular emphasis on the low (190–220 nm) wavelength range. Minimum detectable quantities were measured at several wavelengths, providing comparative data for the chromatographer. Chromatograms are included depicting separations of various carbamate mixtures under a variety of chromtographic conditions. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
