Abstract
The pathogenesis of the pupillary disturbance, as revealed by stellate ganglion block and con-junctival instillation of drugs, is revealed as primarily parasympathetic, the sympathetic system remaining intact. The lesion is in the efferent parasympathetic pathway, and is probably postganglionic.Keywords
