Abstract
The reflectivity of TiN and ZrN has been measured at 300K in the spectral energy range between 0.03 eV and 12 eV. The optical constants have been determined by means of a Kramers-Kronig analysis. Both compounds exhibit a free carrier reflectivity edge. A separation into interband transitions and free electron behaviour was carried out. Keywords
