Abstract
Using a Legendre function expansion, we obtain analytic results for the transport coefficients and superfluid Ginzburg-Landau parameters of liquid from any model quasiparticle scattering amplitude with the form of a matrix element of a local two-body potential. We perform a least-squares fit to the measured Landau parameters and transport coefficients and obtain nearly perfect agreement for models including Legendre components with .
