Abstract
The one-loop decay is studied for a heavy neutrino whose mass cannot be neglected during the loop calculation. The event rates for the resulting signal at the SSC are found to be experimentally accessible if , so that has only three-body decays at the tree level. The usefulness of such decays in identifying a heavy neutrino is also discussed.
