Abstract
A prospective survey of 174 consecutive patients in whom plain radiographs of the optic canals were requested by ophthalmologists disclosed no cases in which these films made a positive contribution to management. It is suggested that as a general rule this radiographic examination has no useful role. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
