Electron Spin Resonance of ${\mathrm{Mn}}^{2+}$ in Ba${\mathrm{F}}_2$, Sr${\mathrm{F}}_2$, Cd${\mathrm{F}}_2$, and Ca${\mathrm{F}}_2$

Electron-spin-resonance investigations of the ${\mathrm{Mn}}^{2+}$ center in Ba${\mathrm{F}}_2$, Cd${\mathrm{F}}_2$, and Sr${\mathrm{F}}_2$ are reported and spin-Hamiltonian parameters are given. Previously reported values for the ${\mathrm{Mn}}^{2+}$ center in Ca${\mathrm{F}}_2$ are given for comparison.
