Abstract
Dimers linked by polyethylene glycol polymers were used to bind to two sites at once, creating a ligand across rat olfactory channels and bovine photoreceptor rods and, finally, protein kinase G. Identifying ligands that can bind to multiple substrate sites with high potency and specificity could open a new approach in pharmacological research. Keywords
