Abstract
We investigate the transition form factors for the decay in light cone QCD. It is found that the light cone and three-point QCD sum rule analyses for some of the form factors for the decay lead to absolutely different dependence. The invariant dilepton mass distributions for the and decays and final lepton longitudinal polarization asymmetry, which includes both short- and long-distance contributions, are also calculated.
