Abstract
A method of extraction of synthetic LHRH [luteinzing hormone-releasing hormone] is studied in human urine, using porous glass (Spherosil) and methanol. In the defined conditions the yield is greater than 80%. The method is apparently reproducible. The recovery varies essentially with the quantity of Spherosil and the pH of methanol. The use of methanol acidified at pH 3 increases the speed and the importance of labeled LHRH recovery. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
