Abstract
Es werden 4 weitere Fälle von Wachstumshemmungen vorgestellt, die als Hypochondroplasie anerkannt wurden. Die Verfasser vertreten die Meinung, daß die Hypochondroplasie viel öfter auftritt, als im allgemeinen anerkannt wird. Die Besonderheit der Hypochondroplasie und Chondrodystrophie ist mit dem Beispiel des gesonderten Erbgangs beider Krankheiten in einer Familie hervorgehoben. Four further patients with defective growth regarded as due to hypochondroplasia are reported. The authors are of the opinion that hypochondroplasia occurs far more frequently than is generally recognised. The characteristics of hypochondroplasia and chondrodystrophy are illustrated by one family having different modes of inheritance for the two conditions. Présentation de quatre nouveaux cas d'inhibition de la croissance correspondant à une hypochondroplasie. Les auteurs sont d'avis que l'hypochondroplasie est une affection beaucoup plus fréquente qu'on ne Se exponen otros 4 casos de auxostasis o detención del crecimiento, reconocidos como hipocondroplasia. Los autores sostienen que esta enfermedad es más frecuente de lo que suele creerse. Se subraya la peculiaridad de la hipocondroplasia y la condrodistrofia, tomando como ejemplo la línea hereditaria particular de ambas enfermedades en una familia.
