Abstract
A signal averaging system for fast signals appearing with a repetition rate up to 50 Hz is described. A television camera is used as a buffer memory to put these signals into a conventional, normal speed signal averager. Circuit diagrams of the most important electronic circuits are given and discussed in some detail. The performance of this low cost system was tested experimentally and found to meet expectations. Keywords
