Abstract
The inverted papilloma is a distinct lesion characterized by its rarity compared to the frequency of the other vesical papillomas. The typical histological aspect of this lesion should lead us to call it adeno-urotheliome. Its progress is generally benign. However, the possibility of recurrence indicates a close periodical cystoscopic follow-up.Keywords
