Abstract
The Sudakov technique is used to calculate contributions corresponding to iterations of two-Reggeon cuts. A form is found which agrees with earlier conjectures and which consistently takes into account the requirements of unitarity. It is shown that the expression obtained can be used as the basis for a reformulated multi-Reggeon bootstrap. It is claimed that this version correctly takes into account known cancellation effects. However, it requires more input information than previous versions. Keywords
