Abstract
An immune EM technique modified from the Anderson and Doane (1973) method by using commercial pools of human .gamma.-globulins was successfully used for the morphological identification of several different viruses [rotavirus, picornavirus-like, adenovirus and astrovirus] from clarified feces [including some samples from infantile gastroenteritis cases]. This technique is simple, rapid and numerous samples can be easily processed. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
