Abstract
Repeated observations on animals showed that introduction of gallbladder bile into the pancreas causes acute but transitory edema of the latter organ. The same condition may occur naturally in human beings, thus affording an explanation of various severe attacks of epigastric pain hitherto unsatisfactorily diagnosed.This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
