Single-phase behavior in pureV2O3in the region 300-700 K

Abstract
A reexamination of the x-ray powder diffraction pattern of pure in the region 300-700 K shows no evidence for polyphasic behavior. There is no hysteresis with temperature in the lattice parameters of this material.
