Abstract
The optical rotatory dispersion of ferricytochrome c has been exanimed over the wavelength range 190- 660 mu with a Cary model 60 recording spectropolarimeter. Comparative data are reported for horse, human, chicken, and tuna heart cytochromes c; guanidinated, trifluoroacetylated, and O-acetylated derivatives of horse heart cytochrome c; horse heart cytochrome c at different values of pH; and complexes of horse heart cytochrome c with imidazole, azide, and cyanide. This publication has 13 references indexed in Scilit:
