Abstract
The enzymatic determination of total serum cholesterol is described. The source of the enzyme cholesterol dehydrogenase is the bacterium Nocardia erythropolis. A comparison is made between the enzymatic assay and an automated Liebermann-Burchard serum cholesterol determination.Keywords
