Abstract
The cycopropanation of β-trimethylsiloxy α, β-unsaturated esters and ketones, prepared from 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds, with carbenes followed by ring cleavage gave corresponding 1,4-dicarbonyl compounds in moderate yields.Keywords
