Abstract

A case of absent gamma₁ A and gamma₂ globulins and increased gamma₁ M globulins is presented. The name "antibody deficiency syndrome" Type III is suggested for this entity until its relationship to other antibody deficiency syndromes, particularly the Bruton type, is clarified.
