Abstract
Immunosuppression causes Strongyloides stercoralis hyperinfection, but other factors may also be involved. We report a case of S stercoralis hyperinfection in an immunosuppressed patient that followed cimetidine therapy and was diagnosed by endoscopic biopsy.Keywords
