Abstract
Dual coordination in its present form can only be effectively applied to linear control systems. The present paper shows that with the use of a modification to the primal problem it is possible to apply dual coordination to a class of quadratic systems. The results are applied to the optimal hierarchical control of fluid-supply systems. Keywords
