Abstract
Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia (Masson's tumor) is a rare benign reactive lesion usually found in thrombosed subcutaneous blood vessels. We report a case of Masson's tumor of the kidney, and discuss the relevant clinical, radiographical and pathological aspects.Keywords
