Abstract
Radiotherapy commonly causes unwanted effects. Some are due to the effect of radiotherapy on healthy tissue, others are secondary to changes in the neoplasm. This article discusses the alleviation of the immediate symptoms of radiotherapy to the skin, abdomen, pelvis, head and neck. We discussed the long-term effects of radiotherapy earlier.1Keywords
